Man and child stabbed in Sun Valley

A man and a child were hospitalized Friday morning after a stabbing in Sun Valley, the Los Angeles Police Department said. 

The incident was reported on the 10300 block of Eldora Avenue at around 7:43 a.m.

The two victims were described as an elderly man and a 10-year-old girl. 

Their condition is unknown at this time. 

The relationship between the victims and the person responsible for the stabbing is not yet known.
