Amber Alert issued for 3 missing children believed to have been abducted

Law enforcement in Chino is urging the public to help keep an eye out for a 31-year-old man who may have abducted three children, they said in an Amber Alert issued on Monday.

The Chino Police Department said the three missing children were last seen at about 4 p.m. Monday in the San Fernando Valley. Authorities said they believe the children may have been taken by 13-year-old Joseph Browner.

Browner is believed to be driving a black 2025 Kia Niro that has a license plate that reads 9VWP939.

The missing children were identified as:

• Emani Browner, age 5
• Kartier Browner, age 9
• Jayceon Browner, age 10.

Police did not specify what relationship the suspect may have with the children.
