Others purchasing tickets Wednesday told NBC Chicago they’d buy luxury items, travel and give back to their community and loved ones.
Though they did not match all six numbers to win the jackpot, one Illinois player won $1 million in Monday’s Powerball drawing on a ticket they purchased in Deerfield.
