Police are searching for a gunman who killed a boy in front of a 7-Eleven convenience store in Baldwin Park, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.
The shooting was reported just after 5 a.m. on Saturday in front of a 7-Eleven on Bess Avenue, according to LASD. The victim died at the scene.
Details on the boy, such as his age and name, have not been released. It’s unclear what led up to the shooting.
A description of the gunman was not available.
