Surveillance footage captured the moment thieves took a cash register from a 7-Eleven in East Los Angeles early Wednesday.
According to authorities, the thieves went into the store at around 12:30 a.m. took at least $900 and the incident is not being treated as grand theft.
Police are now looking for the two men responsible who were caught on security camera.
Two masked men were seen on surveillance video inside the 7-Eleven. They jumped over the counter, taking off with two cash registers in a matter of seconds.
The two masked thieves ran off toward Olympic in the opposite direction of Arizona, the closest cross street.
The employee at 7-Eleven was not injured in the incident.
Another robbery at another 7-Eleven also happened in Westlake around 11:40 p.m. late Monday night.
Police said the robber jumped over the counter in that case too and got away with two cash registers.
Also on Monday, an armed robbery took place at a 7-Eleven in Palms where police said the masked robbers in this case also got away with a cash register.
It is not clear if the incidents were connected.
