A massive flock of police cars could be seen outside a Chicago high school Thursday evening as officers responded to an incident that ended with two people taken into custody.
Around 7:50 p.m., Chicago police officers responded to the area of 30th and South King Drive for a “large disturbance,” authorities said.
Video on social media showed roughly 30 police cars outside of Dunbar Vocational Career Academy with their lights activated around 8:20 p.m.
Dunbar, a Chicago public school, is located at 3000 South King Drive.
Police did not elaborate on what the disturbance was or what prompted the incident, however, they did say two people were taken into custody.
Chicago Public Schools did not immediately respond to NBC Chicago’s request for comment.
No additional information was immediately available.
