Man found dead inside River North parking garage with ‘unspecified’ injuries

An investigation is underway after a man was found dead inside a vehicle inside a River North parking garage, authorities said.

Chicago police said at approximately 10:31 p.m. on Friday, officers responded a parking garage near Ohio and Rush streets, where they located a 22-year-old man inside a vehicle with “unspecified” injuries.

The man, who was unresponsive, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Chicago Fire Department.

Area Three detectives are conducting a death investigation.
