A car slammed into two homes in Southeast Washington, D.C., tearing away part of one home’s brick wall, D.C. Fire and EMS said Sunday on X.
The car hit two one-story houses in the 5400 block of Central Ave. SE, then flipped over, fire officials said.
First responders evaluated three home occupants and the driver, and none of them needed further treatment, officials said.
One home suffered significant structural damage, officials said. A photo shows the front exterior wall torn down, exposing the inside of the home.
The car landed on its roof near another home that shows less extensive damage.
D.C. Fire and EMS didn’t say what led to the crash.
