Police said a Philadelphia police patrol car was involved in a hit-and-run crash early Saturday morning while officers were responding to a reported theft.
According to the Philadelphia Police Department, the incident happened around 4:03 a.m. at the intersection of 9200 Bustleton Avenue on Saturday, December 6, 2025.
Police said the officers reported that a white Acura struck their patrol vehicle as they were on the way to investigate a reported theft.
No injuries were reported during this incident, police said.
Police are now actively searching for the striking vehicle and the people inside it.
