Police in Egg Harbor Township in South Jersey are searching for a critically missing teen living with autism who was last seen on Friday afternoon.
According to police, Joel Medina ran away from his home in the area of 4th Avenue behind the Shore Mall off of West Jersey Avenue on the afternoon of Friday, March 20, and has not been seen since despite an extensive search.
Medina is 5’6″ and weighs around 156 pounds, police said. He was last seen wearing black/white/red Nike Air Jordan sneakers, black shorts and a black t-shirt.
Egg Harbor Township police said the search will continue overnight and anyone who sees Medina or has information on his whereabouts are urged to call the department at (609) 926-4025.
