A man from Philadelphia is accused of secretly watching individuals using the restroom inside a Target in Abington Township, Montgomery County.
According to police, Naphis Glover showed up at a Target in Abington Township several times, and twice he was spotted leering into restroom stalls while people were inside.
Police said the victims or other witnesses observed the alleged behavior, and Target Loss Prevention staffers located surveillance images of Glover. When those staffers spotted Glover returning to the store they called the police.
Ed Quinn, Deputy Chief for the Abington Township Police Department told NBC10 that they have evidence Glover was peering into the stalls on at least two occasions, Dec. 2025 and Jan. 10 2026.
“In both cases the victims reported that the suspect was trying to view them while in the stall,” said Quinn.
Police said in regards to the incident in Jan. a man in the restroom at Target noticed someone looking over a stall and alerted a child who was inside. Both the child and the witness reported the incident to Target employees.
“In relation to the victims in this case there could be real phycology harm with these types of things, we are really grateful and thankful for them for having the courage to report this,” Quinn added.
Glover is now charged with multiple counts of invasion of privacy and harassement.
“If anyone thinks they’ve been potentially been a victim of this suspect please call 911 or talk to your local police department,” said Quinn.
Police said they do not know what Glover’s motive was and if he took any videos of photos.
Glover is not in police custody and expected to be in court in next days day, according to police.
NBC10 reached out to Target for a comment, but have not heard back.
