Several Philadelphia rowhomes impacted after early morning fire

Several rowhomes were impacted by fire in Philadelphia’s Nicetown neighborhood overnight.

The fire broke out in the early morning hours on Sunday, May 3, 2026, along North 20th Street, right near Germantown Avenue.

NBC10 was on the scene as firefighters worked to put out the flames in one rowhome; however, it appears several rowhomes were affected.

It is unclear at this time if anyone was injured and how the fire started.
