FRAMINGHAM, MASS. (WHDH) – Two people were pulled from the building and taken to the hospital and a firefighter suffered minor injuries after a fire broke out at an apartment complex in Framingham on Sunday, officials said.
Crews could be seen using a ladder truck to extinguish flames in a unit at a complex on Interfaith Terrace. The rest of the residents in the building were evacuated safely.
The two injured people were taken to Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham to be treated for their injuries.
State troopers assigned to the State Fire Marshal’s Office are assisting Framingham firefighters in determining the cause of the fire.
