On a late afternoon in mid-March, Joe Terrell was seen inspecting the AT&T Central Office on the Southwest Side. Joe, who knows the ins and outs of the office and its purpose like the back of his hand, is a 27-year veteran and third generation family member to work for AT&T in one iteration or another since the mid 1940s.
