The body of Aaron Lawary, 45, was found in a Belleville creek underneath an overpass near Highway 15 and South Illinois Street on February 12.
The Belleville Police Department reports that an autopsy’s preliminary findings indicate Lawary’s injuries were consistent with being struck by a motor vehicle.
