On Tuesday, a Hyde Park man pleaded guilty to grand larceny charges for reportedly stealing over $400,000 from the Town of Wallkill. According to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, Tobias Otieno, 41, admitted to stealing the money while employed as an Auditor for the state comptroller’s office.
