The City of St. Louis, Gateway Arch Park Foundation and Great Rivers Greenway are partnering to make improvements to Kiener Plaza, including new pavers, an underground water collection system, shade structures, regrading and leveling of the oval lawn, additional electrical panels and light poles, and upgraded irrigation and drainage systems, with the project set to start on Feb. 9 and be completed by October 2026.
