Man with fatal gunshot wound dropped off at Holy Cross Hospital

A man with a fatal gunshot wound to his head was dropped off early Sunday at Holy Cross Hospital, Chicago police said.

A black SUV transported the man to the Chicago Lawn hospital just after 4 a.m. He had a single gunshot wound to the back of his head and was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to police.

His name and age have not been reported and the original shooting location is unknown, police said. No one has been arrested.
