The Missouri House of Representatives passed a bill to consolidate the management of the Dome at America’s Center and the neighboring convention center under a single board, which would allow the state to allocate up to $4 million annually for projects at the Dome and provide the new board with the authority to seek further funding through specific property taxes and a sales tax of up to 2%.
