California Attorney General Rob Bonta and the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians have filed two lawsuits against the City of Poway for allegedly violating the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) by not appropriately responding to the discovery of ancestral burial sites and other tribal cultural resources during the development of the “Hidden Valley Ranch” housing project.
