BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — One lucky winner is taking home $1 million after purchasing a Powerball ticket at a 7-Eleven in Buffalo. The second-prize-winning ticket was sold at 2139 Niagara Falls Boulevard for Monday’s drawing. The winning numbers were 5 11 23 29 47. No one won the Powerball Jackpot estimated at $203 million.
