REDWOOD CITY — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing, at-risk person.
Samuel Timothyuzel Howard was reported missing in the area of Jackson Avenue and Clinton Street, according to a news release from the Redwood City Police Department. He suffers from mental health issues.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black jacket, authorities said.
Authorities ask that the public call 911 with any sightings or information that may help located Howard.
