“The RRPOA is concerned that this level of financial commitment could affect other essential city services that contribute to overall public safety, including transportation, dispatch, general services, and other necessary services, and other necessary services,” said Taylor Roberson, the president of Round Rock Police Officers Association (RRPOA).
