The City of San Diego is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and organizations to lease, renovate, operate, and maintain the Tecolote Canyon Golf Course, which includes an 18-hole golf course, driving range, and clubhouse, and requires key capital improvements, such as replacing bridges, completing the replacement of the irrigation system, and upgrading the clubhouse.
