The Birmingham, Alabama-based company said it had profit of $1.52 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were $1.54 per share.
The holding company for ServisFirst Bank posted revenue of $252.3 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $159 million.
