A Shawangunk Correctional Facility civilian employee has been arrested after an investigation into alleged inappropriate conduct with an incarcerated person. Marla Bastone, 50, of Ulster Park, faces multiple charges, according to the New York State Police and the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Office of Special investigations.
