Chicagoans will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the annual dying of the Chicago River green, the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, the Civic Mass, and the Shamrock’n Festival at Old St. Pat’s Church, which is celebrating its 180th anniversary.
