California Governor Gavin Newsom announced that 38 films, including “The Simpsons Movie 2”, “Phineas and Ferb”, and “Black is Blue”, will be filmed in San Diego and across California after receiving tax credits, creating thousands of jobs and generating nearly $800 million in economic activity across the state.
