St. Louis Mardi Gras season officially kicks off Tuesday with Twelfth Night, leading up to the grand parade weekend in February, with the theme “Peace, Love and Mardi Gras” and the Mayor’s Ball on Feb. 13 supporting the St. Louis Tornado Response Fund.
