Starbucks teases return of bearista cup fan favorite

Starbucks has revealed that its Bearista cups have been restocked, after they sold out almost immediately following their launch in November.

The company revealed that the cups would be available again from Monday. “Your chance is in the Starbucks app. Tomorrow, 12/8,” it wrote on Instagram on Sunday.

The cup, which costs $29.95, was launched in November as part of Starbuck’s holiday collection. It is shaped like a bear, and features a green lid shaped like a hat, and a stripy straw.

Many fans were left disappointed in November as the collectible item ran out quickly.

Starbucks later told ABC News: “The excitement for our merchandise exceeded even our biggest expectations, and despite shipping more Bearista cups to coffeehouses than almost any other merchandise item this holiday season, the Bearista cup and some other items sold out fast.”
