The Missouri Supreme Court heard oral arguments Tuesday in a case that looks to determine the constitutionality of the case, Luther v. Hoskins.
The case was elevated to the state’s high court expeditiously. The lawsuit challenges legislation that lawmakers passed last year before it was signed into law by Governor Mike Kehoe.
