The 11th-seeded Crimson Tide beat the sixth-seeded Lady Volunteers 76-64 to secure their second win of the tournament after defeating 14th-seeded Missouri 65-48 on Wednesday. Jessica Timmons led the way for Alabama with 23 points, and Ta’Mia Scott poured in 20.
