A Greene County grand jury has indicted two people on murder charges for the death of three-year-old Fay Mohamed in Cairo. Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione said both the mother, Farhiya Gaal, and the mother’s boyfriend, Lameik Wilson, received upgraded charges.
