LINCOLNWOOD, Ill. — Authorities in Lincolnwood are dealing with a water main break Monday morning amid frigid conditions. The water main break happened before 8 a.m. on Devon Avenue. Officials called it large and westbound Devon is shut down between Lincoln and Crawford. No other information is available at this time.
