(WSVN) – Will Smith is facing some alarming allegations.
Brian King Joseph was hired as a violinist for Smith’s “Based on a True Story: 2025” tour.
In a lawsuit, Joseph alleges sexual harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation.
Joseph said the ordeal caused emotional distress and economic loss.
