Jada Bell, 20, is facing charges of first-degree murder, first-degree assault, and armed criminal action after allegedly shooting and killing a 32-year-old woman at a Steak ‘n Shake drive-thru window in Spanish Lake, and will appear in court Tuesday for a bond reduction hearing.
