Four days after tearing his biceps on Monday Night Raw, Bronson Reed has come out of surgery with a positive message for his supporters. The powerhouse performer shared a photo of himself lying in a hospital bed, surrounded by various equipment and medical braces, on Instagram late Friday night.
Reed included a simple and direct message for those following his recovery journey. “Surgery done. Tomorrow is DAY ONE. The road back,” Reed wrote. The injury occurred during a triple-threat Elimination Chamber qualifying match on the February 23 episode of Raw. While Reed was originally scheduled to win the match and earn a spot in the structure, he could not continue due to a physical breakdown. This led to Jey Uso winning the match and moving on to the premium live event.
However, the road to Chicago took another unexpected turn during the February 27 episode of Friday Night SmackDown. The broadcast opened with the shocking sight of Jey Uso being placed into an ambulance after being assaulted by an unknown attacker. This mystery assault forced Uso out of the Elimination Chamber match just 24 hours before the event was scheduled to begin at the United Center.

Later in the evening, Logan Paul, who is a stablemate of Reed in the faction known as The Vision, faced Jacob Fatu to determine who would fill the vacancy. Paul managed to secure the victory after the Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre arrived and attacked Fatu. This interference allowed Paul to take advantage and secure his spot in the chamber. Assuming no further changes occur in the next 24 hours, the field for the Men’s Elimination Chamber match is now set.
Logan Paul will join Randy Orton, LA Knight, Cody Rhodes, Je’Von Evans, and Trick Williams in the structure this Saturday night. The stakes remain high, as the winner of this match will be scheduled to challenge McIntyre for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas this April. The addition of Paul provides a new dynamic for the match, especially given his recent alignment with Paul Heyman and his status as a key member of The Vision.
While the men’s field is now finalized, the women’s division is also preparing for a high-stakes encounter. Raquel Rodriguez will compete against Rhea Ripley, Tiffany Stratton, Kiana James, Asuka, and Alexa Bliss inside the chamber. Additionally, World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk will defend his title against Finn Balor in his hometown of Chicago. If Punk is successful, he will move on to a main event superfight against Roman Reigns at Allegiant Stadium.
