Atlas V rocket launch likely visible in Philly region Monday night

An Atlas V rocket launch taking off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on Monday night will likely be visible in the Philadelphia region due to crystal clear skies.

The launch’s liftoff is scheduled for 8:52 p.m. and will be on a launch path going southeast. You can watch the launch live here in this article.

The launch is carrying 29 Amazon Leo satellites and is being carried out by the United Launch Alliance, a joint venture between Lockheed Martin and Boeing.
