Lawsuit accuses ‘looksmaxxing’ influencer of having nonconsensual sex with teen in parents’ Cape Cod home

Controversial “looksmaxxing” influencer Clavicular is being sued by a former teen protégé who alleges he plied her with alcohol before a nonconsensual sexual encounter at his parents’ home on Cape Cod.

The allegation came as part of a lawsuit filed in Florida this week against the online streamer, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters. In her complaint, fellow influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza — who goes by Alorah Ziva online — also accuses 20-year-old Peters of injecting her face with a fat-dissolving compound that he “stated or suggested” had been laced with methamphetamine. 

According to the lawsuit, Peters paid a then-underage Mendoza $1,000 to film videos for him back in May 2025. Peters purportedly told Mendoza he wanted her to be the “female face for ‘looksmaxxing,’” a viral movement that encourages an extreme approach to improving one’s physical appearance. 

Mendoza alleges she and Peters corresponded over text before he paid for an Uber to bring her to his family’s home on Cape Cod, where “excessive amounts of alcohol were being served.” Peters escorted Mendoza to his bedroom and served her vodka until she became “inebriated and visibly intoxicated,” according to the lawsuit. 

“Peters then had sex with Mendoza while she was knowingly intoxicated, to the point where she was unable to give consent,” the complaint states. “That morning, while Mendoza was asleep, she woke up with Peters penetrating her and having sex with her, again without her consent.” 

The pair did not speak again until six months later, when Mendoza ran into Peters in Miami and he invited her to his home for a livestreaming session. While streaming, Peters allegedly injected Mendoza’s cheeks with Aqualyx — a fat-dissolving treatment not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration — “as part of his promise to help her with her online presence through ‘looksmaxxing.’”

But Peters was not licensed to administer injections, Mendoza alleges, and neither the teen nor her legal guardians gave appropriate consent. Further, the complaint states, Peters “stated or suggested that methamphetamine had been added to the injection mixture.”

Peters has spoken openly about using meth to curb his appetite, though he recently announced a transition to “sobermaxing” after he was hospitalized for an apparent overdose. 

Mendoza has also accused Peters of launching a campaign to publicly discredit her in anticipation of a lawsuit over the Miami injection and “related misconduct,” ultimately costing her lucrative sponsorships. Her complaint alleges claims of battery, emotional distress, fraud, and unauthorized publication of name and likeness.

Peters has not publicly addressed the lawsuit, though he complained on social media Wednesday that “the consistent theme of girls trying to use me for money is brutal for a young guy trying to navigate a complex society.”

He added: “Hopefully I can find a good girl whos[e] intent is to not to screw me over and take my money.”

Steve Kramer, an attorney for Peters, told Rolling Stone the influencer vehemently denies Mendoza’s claims. 

“These are allegations only and remain unproven,” Kramer told the news outlet. “He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself.”
