As of Tuesday afternoon, Diggs’s account had zero posts, but still included content on his Instagram Story.
The posts on Stefon Diggs’s Instagram page are gone.
As of the time of publication on March 3, the Patriots receiver’s account, which has 2.5 million followers, had zero posts on it.
It doesn’t look like Diggs has completely abandoned the account though. He posted photos of himself gracing the cover of GQ magazine as well as a video of himself in a gym on his Instagram Story on Monday. Photos and videos shared to Instagram Stories disappear after 24 hours.
It’s not clear why Diggs scrubbed the posts. He has yet to comment on the matter publicly.
There are some important dates coming up in the near future for the Patriots’ receiver.
According to Spotrac, Diggs’s $6 million signing bonus with the Patriots becomes fully guaranteed on March 13. His base salary for the upcoming season is $20.6 million. Diggs said after the Super Bowl that he expects to be back with the Patriots, but also acknowledged that the decision isn’t fully up to him.
The Patriots will have to decide whether they want to bring the 32-year-old receiver back. Diggs was the only Patriot to record 1,000 receiving yards last season, but his age and price could be factors as the team weighs the decision.
Diggs is also awaiting a court date. He has a pretrial hearing scheduled for April 1. He is facing assault and strangulation charges stemming from an alleged incident with a personal chef back in December.
The Patriots’ offseason conditioning program will begin on April 20th, head coach Mike Vrabel said last week during the NFL scouting combine.
Diggs spent last offseason recovering from an ACL tear. He was ready for action in Week 1 and played in all 17 of New England’s regular season games.
He did not miss any games in the postseason either, but his production took a dip. He had 14 catches for 110 yards and a touchdown in four postseason games in 2025. He had 10 catches for 146 yards in Week 5 against the Bills.
Last season was Diggs’s first with the Patriots. He has two years left on his deal. The NFL’s 2026 year begins on March 11, and after that it will be a matter of weeks before the Patriots are back working out in Foxborough again.
