BOSTON (WHDH) – A signal issue on the commuter rail is impacting commuters and causing delays.
The Newburyport/Rockport, Haverhill, Lowell, Fitchburg, and Framingham/Worcester lines are all experience significant delays in both directions.
Cancelations have also been reported on the Haverhill line.
