Some Pa. schools closed, opening on delay due to wintry weather Tuesday

Several schools in Pennsylvania have announced that they are either closed or opening on a two hour delay on Tuesday, Dec. 2.

The closures and delays come as a winter storm is forecasted for parts of our region starting at 3 a.m. and lasting through the early afternoon.
