Two men were arrested early Monday, police said, following a pair of separate barricade situations that happened overnight across Philadelphia.
According to police, a man was arrested about two hours after officers responded to a report of a person with a gun at a property along the 200 block of West Abbottsford Avenue in Philly’s Germantown neighborhood at about 3:16 a.m. on Monday.

After police arrived, officials said a barricade situation was declared at that property at about 3:48 a.m. and the Philadelphia Police Department’s SWAT team responded to the home.
The man, who police did not immediately provide further identifying information on, was apprehended at about 5 a.m., officials said.
No one was injured in this incident.
Then, in an incident that started at about 3:40 a.m., police responded to a home on the 1500 block of Arrott Street, in the city’s Frankford section for a report of a person with a gun, officials said.

By 4:03 a.m., a barricade situation was declared in this incident, as well, officials said.
Here, officials said the Philadelphia Police Department’s SWAT team responded and took a man — who police did not immediately provide further identifying information on — into custody at about 5:50 a.m.
No one was hurt in this incident either, officials said.
No motive has been detail in either incident but, both remain under investigation, according to police.
