A teen was arrested after he was found to have saved thousands of images and videos depicting child sexual abuse materials, according to the Abington Township Police Department.
Officials said they went to a home in the Ardsley section of Abington Township on Feb. 16 with a search warrant after it was believed that Ian Garra, 18, downloaded child pornography.
Through a search warrant and investigation, Garra was found to have thousands of media files depicting child sexual abuse, officials said.
Resources for victims of sexual assault are available through the National Sexual Violence Resources Center and the National Sexual Assault Telephone Hotline at 800-656-4673.
Garra was arrested on Feb. 17 and then arraigned by a judge who denied bail.
