The Pennsylvania State Police have apprehended a 26-year-old Glenmoore man after, officials claim, he indecently assaulted an 11-year-old girl at a Walmart in Chester County on Monday, March 2, 2026.
According to police, officers apprehended Joseph Gerard Bouffard, 26, of Glenmoore on allegations that he indecently assaulted an 11-year-old girl at a Walmart store in West Sadsbury Township.

In this incident, police claim Bouffard followed the victim around the store before he “eventually had indecent contact with the juvenile victim” before he fled the property.
Bouffard, officials said, has been charged with indecent assault of a minor, unlawful sexual contact with a minor and related offenses.
According to court documents, he has been released from police custody after posting bail.
His next court appearance is scheduled for March 16, 2026.
