A dog was rescued after getting stuck on the top of a support pillar at the SEPTA station at 63rd and Market on Sunday, ACCT Philly said.
According to the animal rescue group, witnesses reported that the dog was running on SEPTA tracks before it got stuck on the elevated pillar.
ACCT Philly responded to the scene and rescued the furry friend with the help of SEPTA personnel, the group said.

The dog was unharmed and is safe in ACCT Philly’s care.
They have named the lucky pup Dottie.
